The internet is the fastest growing mode of communication ever so we are committed to developing protocols and processes to make the most of this development. We have a number of services available this year and more planned for next year and beyond.

Masterclasses

We recognise that many of the processes and skills for day to day leadership, and future leadership, are currently only available by wading through manuals or by attending expensive and time consuming courses. Our Masterclass series delivers skills development in a number of core areas: Managing Change, Communicating Direction, Empowerment, Motivating Exceptional Performance, Creating a Culture for Personal Excellence, Creativity and Vision, Living the Spirit of your Enterprise, Values and Purpose in Business, Influencing Anyone, Being a Learner-Leader. We also respond to requests from our members and develop packages to demand. Each masterclass gives you practical opportunities to develop the skills and receive individual feedback on your progress.

Publications

We publish material from our own members, our consultants, collaborative partners and external sources, if we think the topic to be of interest to a number of our members. We publish a brief summary and you request full versions of articles if and when you want them.

The Sounding Board

This service is for members to air their views, seek ideas, ask questions and generally explore current topics, issues or opportunities. Anyone can begin or contribute to a debate and it can be done anonymously or openly. This is a great opportunity to link to anyone else in the network with similar concerns, experience and insights which might add value to you or your organisation. All our consultants regularly contribute to these debates and we invite external experts for contributions too.
