Coaching - What has it meant to me ?

Well, where do I begin? It has challenged me to think the unthinkable - but possible, and to know that the very fact that it can be thought, means that I can do something to get there. I guess I've changed! I have certainly become clear about what I want to contribute through my career and my relationships.

It began with questioning and led to me finding out, that the answers I looked for from others, in fact I already had, it just took some prompting. I found it ever so easy to avoid asking myself the "difficult" questions, and so rarely did. Being asked by someone external, without judgement made all the difference - I couldn't hide anymore. I began to realise that I could no longer say that I wanted to "know" if I wasn't prepared to answer. I've grown and am growing.

I'm sure that you'll find your journey of discovery as enjoyable and valuable as mine. But remember, I didn't say it was easy!
