All our consultants have extensive business backgrounds as well as being European leaders in business and management development. We share a passion for personal excellence and for the quality of life in organisations. We are committed to our values (see Purpose) and our integrity is expressed in absolute confidentiality with our clients.

We draw on our personal experience of business as well as our research and development in many different models and disciplines. For example, we are all Master Practitioners of Neuro Linguistic Programming and have trained in Jungian Psychology, Gestalt, Provocative Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Hypnosis, Systemic Thinking, Accelerated Learning, Behaviour Analysis, Psychodrama, Appreciative Enquiry, Brief Solutions Focused Therapy and much, much more.
